The Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism, University of Split (FEBT) is a partner in the international SMART Researchers project consortium, funded under the Horizon Europe programme.

The project is dedicated to empowering the next generation of researchers through professional training, mentoring, and intersectoral mobility, with the aim of fostering sustainable and rewarding research careers across Europe.

The Faculty's project team consists of Professor Ivana Bilić, who serves as the team leader, Professor Ivana Bulog, Professor Nikša Alfirević, and Associate Professor Željko Mateljak.
