During May and June 2026, a group of seven students from the Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism, University of Split (FEBT) participated in the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) entitled "Leadership and Digitalisation." The programme was organised and hosted by the University of Applied Labour Studies (HdBA), Mannheim, Germany, in cooperation with the University of Gdańsk (UG), Faculty of Management, Department of Organizational Behavior, Sopot–Gdańsk, Poland, and the University of Split (UNIST), Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism, Split, Croatia.

Under the guidance of Professor Srećko Goić, the students also took part in the five-day on-site component of the programme, held in Mannheim from 13 to 17 June. During this dynamic and intensive part of the BIP, the University of Split students demonstrated exceptional commitment, diligence, and creativity, successfully meeting all programme requirements. They also actively contributed to strengthening international cooperation while representing both the University of Split and the Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism with distinction.

Based on the outstanding overall evaluation of the programme and the high quality of work demonstrated by the representatives of the University of Split—both students and academic staff—it was agreed that the next edition of the BIP programme will be hosted by the University of Split.
