Related to the course International Marketing, the presentation will place focus on “Home as the hub” consumer trend and explore the differences in housing product expectations and development between United States and Croatia.

Professor Srđan Zdravković attended Veljko Vlahović elementary school and III. Gimnazija, Split before moving to the United States. He earned Ph.D. in International Business and Marketing from St. Louis University (USA) and has been working at Bryant University (USA) since 2008. He specializes in the field of International Marketing and teaches classes to graduate and undergraduate students. His scholarly work has been published in a number of academic journals, books, textbooks, and conference proceedings. Relevant to this presentation which will examine housing products is the fact that professor Zdravković is a licensed real estate agent.
